A safe and fun tour with our experienced guides in Koster marine national park
If you have been dreaming of an overnight kayak tour in the famous Swedish archipelago, this is the tour your dreams are made of. Our experienced guides takes you on a 2 day tour in Koster marine national park which is the first marine national park in Sweden and a very popular place to paddle on the bucket list for many.
In the national park there is about 12 000 different species I nationalparken finns 12 000 arter, half of them under surface and the other half on land. You will come across unique, rare and common species. The area has restricted access with focus on the best for animals and people in this unique environment that Koster archipelago is.
Take the ferry from Strömstad to Ekenäs, South Koster where we will meet up at the rangers and visitor center – Naturum. We will start with an introduction and presentation of the park before we pack our kayaks and head out into the wild.
The tour is planned with respect to weather, wind and the skill level o f the group. The goal is that the tour should be a safe and fun introduction to sea kayaking and wild camping in magnificent surroundings.
Prerequisite
You don’t have to be an expert, but it is good if you have completed our kayak intro tour or equivalent. If you are a beginner or want to bring your child, we suggest that you paddle a double kayak. You need to bring food, clothes for outdoor use. Please, notify us if you have any illness, allergy or take any form of medicine.

Agenda
We meet up att Naturum – visitor center at 10 am (unless else is agreed) and plan to return the following day latest 5 pm. There will be at least one guide on 5 guests. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to let us know.
